Is the SOS support really free?
Yes — always. Emergency SOS is Quitwell's core promise: whenever a craving hits, the full guided intervention is free, with no account, no trial, and no paywall. Premium adds Milestones, Patterns, and personalized ranking on top of that, but SOS never requires a subscription.
What does Premium include?
Premium unlocks three things beyond the free SOS flow: Milestones (your health milestones as you go), Patterns (when and why cravings hit hardest), and What Works For You (your top craving-beaters, ranked from your own history — not a generic list). Plans are $3.99/month, $9.99/quarter, or $34.99/year with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Quitwell subscriptions are billed by Apple. To cancel, open your device Settings, tap your name at the top, choose Subscriptions, select Quitwell, and tap Cancel Subscription. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial before it ends, you won't be charged. Premium features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
Is my craving data private?
Very. Everything you log — cravings, triggers, what you tried, whether it helped — is stored only on your device. We don't sell your data, and we use no advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking. We store basic anonymized analytics events (like "SOS flow started") to improve the app, but never the content of what you logged. Deleting the app removes all your local data. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
What happens if I have a slip?
A slip isn't a restart. One craving winning doesn't erase what you've built — your vape-free count keeps counting from where you started, and Quitwell will show you what tends to trigger slips so the next one is easier to catch. You can always choose to start your count over yourself, but the app never resets it for you.
Is Quitwell a medical device?
No. Quitwell is a wellness tool, not a medical device, and it doesn't replace professional care. If you're using nicotine replacement therapy or have a medical condition, talk to a doctor before making changes to your quit plan.
